These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Maplefix Inc. ("Maplefix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("Customer," "you") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Maplefix is a platform that connects Customers with independent service professionals ("Professionals"). We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the services of any Professional and are not responsible for the quality of services rendered.

2. User Responsibilities

a) You are responsible for evaluating the qualifications, licensing, and experience of any Professional you engage.
b) Any agreement, pricing, or contract is solely between you and the Professional.
c) You must provide accurate and up-to-date information for the service request.
d) Maplefix does not guarantee the availability or performance of any Professional.

3. Payments & Fees

a) Payments are made directly to Professionals unless otherwise specified.
b) Maplefix may charge service or booking fees, which are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
c) Customers are responsible for resolving payment disputes directly with Professionals.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

a) Cancellation policies are determined by the Professional and must be reviewed before booking.
b) Maplefix does not process refunds on behalf of Professionals.
c) Disputes regarding cancellations must be handled between the Customer and the Professional.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maplefix acts solely as a facilitator of connections and is not liable for:
a) The work performed by Professionals.
b) Damages, losses, or injuries resulting from services rendered.
c) Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by Professionals.
d) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be resolved between the Customer and the Professional. Maplefix is not responsible for mediating or enforcing agreements.

7. Termination

Maplefix reserves the right to terminate your access to our platform at any time if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

For Professionals

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Maplefix Inc. ("Maplefix," "we," "us," "our") and you ("Professional," "you"). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Nature of Relationship

a) You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Maplefix.
b) Maplefix does not guarantee job assignments or a minimum number of service requests.
c) You are solely responsible for setting your rates, fulfilling contracts, and handling customer service issues.
d) You must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws, including licensing and insurance requirements.

2. Professional Responsibilities

a) You must provide accurate and complete information on your profile.
b) You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, insurance, and permits required for your services.
c) You must deliver services professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
d) You agree not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical business practices.
e) Professionals must maintain a high level of service and address customer complaints promptly.

3. Payments & Fees

a) Maplefix may charge service fees or commissions for facilitating connections.
b) You are responsible for collecting payments from Customers unless otherwise arranged.
c) Disputes regarding payments must be handled between you and the Customer.
d) Maplefix reserves the right to withhold or deduct fees in cases of fraudulent activities or disputes.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

a) You must clearly communicate your cancellation and refund policies to Customers before providing services.
b) You are responsible for handling any refund requests from Customers.
c) Failure to adhere to fair refund practices may result in removal from the Maplefix platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maplefix is not responsible for:
a) The quality or outcome of your services.
b) Customer disputes, damages, or losses arising from services rendered.
c) Any legal claims, fines, or penalties related to your professional conduct.
d) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes with Customers independently. Maplefix is not responsible for mediating or enforcing agreements.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
